EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system)
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires large US based public companies to file registration statements, periodic reports, and other forms electronically through EDGAR. Anyone can access and download information from this site and best of all - IT'S FREE. The site includes links to a complete list of filings as well as instructions and a tutorial on how to search the EDGAR database.

Financial Executives International (FEI)
The IMA has recently begun a strategic relationship with the Financial Executives International (FEI). FEI is the preeminent professional association for senior financial executives representing 15,000 CFOs, treasurers and controllers from 8,000 companies throughout the U.S. and Canada.
